How long does delivery take?
Our delivery times are typically 4–8 business days and consist of two phases:
Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
During this phase, your order is processed, including order confirmation, adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Time: 3–6 Business Days
Shipping time depends on the destination. This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or the recipient being unavailable for delivery, a reshipping fee applies.
To make this easier for you, we cover a portion of the cost: Instead of paying the full shipping rate, you will only be charged 50% of the shipping fee for the first reshipment attempt. Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order to ensure a smooth delivery!
If the order is returned to sender due to incorrect address and not reshipped, it will be considered as non-refundable.
