Return Policy
Returning Items
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition. Please include the tracking number to help us process your return more quickly. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. All returns must be registered with our customer service team. To initiate a return, please contact us at help@solunera.com.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- The defective item
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (images of the defective item)
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage, we cannot process refunds, credits, or replacements.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you ordered but did not receive
- The name of the item you received instead
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
Normal Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind during your trial period, our policy is as follows:
Unopened Items: Any items still in their original, sealed packaging can be returned for a full refund.
Opened/Used Items: For items that have been opened or used, we offer a 50% partial refund of the product price. In this case, there is no need to ship the item back—you may keep the product for your continued use.
Cancellation
Cancellation policy -Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Any order that has already been fulfilled can no longer be canceled.
If fulfillment was completed before the 12-hour cancellation window, an exemption may be granted, however, the customer must return the item to our main warehouse before a refund can be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., wrong choice, personal preference, or fit issues), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In such cases, the return must be accompanied by a valid return label.
